The hotel was clean yet a little worn out and situated next to a noisy area, but it was close to everything needed. The room's air only blew lukewarm air all night, which was uncomfortable, and there was a hint of urine and/or burning smell.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, although there were some large stains on the carpet throughout. The service was helpful and courteous, with Charlene standing out for giving us great directions. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown Dallas, and the dining options were up to standard. However, the chair had stains, and the check-in employee seemed unfriendly. Despite these minor issues, the value for money was good.
